Hey everyone! I know, it’s been a while since I have posted anything new. It has been a crazy summer of swimming, playing, traveling, seeing friends and family. One of our trips this past summer was to La Crosse, Wisconsin to celebrate my husband’s grandma’s 99 1/2 birthday. Her 100th birthday will be this January, but we wanted everyone to be able to celebrate with her over the summer at her half birthday. It was such a beautiful day with family and friends. I was asked to design the save the date and invitation. I knew I wanted it to be all about her and very colorful. She still has a lot of spunk and is such a wonderful a lady. So I drew many colorful flowers to frame a beautiful picture of her and paired it with the phrase 100 years loved I found on the internet. I felt that it fit her perfectly! I hope you enjoy this as much I as I did creating it.

Hi everyone! Here is a new piece of artwork I created for my youngest son Jaxon’s birthday. He turns 7 today. I can’t believe how fast time has flown. I created this cute piece of cake using procreate and used my hand lettering as the font. It was really fun to create and can’t wait to celebrate Jaxon today! Enjoy!
Hi everyone! Here is another invitation that I did recently. This invite was created for my husbands grandparents. They decided to throw a party to celebrate all three of them together since they are all having milestone birthdays. One of the grandparents requested that there was caricatures of each of them. So that is just what I did. I created little avatars that look like each of them. They turned out pretty cute. We were able to travel to Wisconsin to attend the party and it was great to see many friends and family. If you need an custom invitation made, send me a message! I love creating custom artwork!
Today is a special day! It is my youngest son’s 6th birthday. I can’t believe he’s 6! He is in Kindergarten and has grown so much this past year. It’s crazy to think I have been not working (except freelance) for 6 years now. How is this possible! Well my youngest son is obsessed with animals, parties, donuts and anything video game related. I wanted to make a cute party croc in honor of his birthday. I created this fun crocodile in Procreate and really love how he turned out. Happy Birthday Goober!
Today is a special day! It is my youngest son’s 5th birthday. I can’t believe he’s 5! That means I have been not working (except freelance) for 5 years now. It boggles my mind. It feels like he was born just yesterday and now we are headed to Kindergarten round up for next year. How is this possible! Well my youngest son is obsessed with all puppies and kitties, actually animals in general. I wanted to make a cute pup in honor of his birthday. I created this puppy in Procreate and really love how he turned out. Happy Birthday Goober!
I can’t believe it’s already Wednesday! Today we have our 100th snow day already this winter (…lol) and it’s my youngest son’s 4th birthday. It’s so crazy he is 4! He is such a silly, adventurous and fearless (most of the time) boy. He is completely opposite of his older brother, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I can’t wait to see what the next year brings for him. Even though we have a dog, he loves cats. So I thought I would create a piece that involved a cat just for him celebrating his birthday. I drew this piece digitally using the Procreate app on my iPad. Enjoy! Happy Birthday little man!
Hey everyone! I just wanted to share this really cute invitation that I was asked to make for a recent first birthday. The theme was winter “one”derland. How adorable….right? I love how it turned out. I made a boy and girl version of this invite and put them available to purchase in my Etsy shop. Spread the word!
Hi everyone! It’s finally Monday! I know, I know….many people complain about Monday’s but I’m glad it’s here. We had such a fun, busy week and weekend that it felt like a marathon. Today I can finally breathe and just recover. Do anyone else have weeks like that?
Here is an invite that I did for a cute princess themed first birthday. The flowers were all watercolor painted digitally on my Adobe Sketch app. Then I put all the elements together using Photoshop. If you need any custom cards or invitations for your next event or holiday, shoot me a message!
