Briarwood Fine Arts Night

Hey everyone! It has been a crazy couple of months for me lately. From having surgery to the boys spring sports starting up, it feels very hectic already this spring. I was asked by the PTA of my kids school to create a cute flyer for their Fine Arts Night. It’s a fun night to display all the kids artwork, look at the book fair, listen to choir, band & stings concerts. It was really fun to create and I tried to make sure each element of the evening was included in the illustration. The mascot for the school is a bear, so I made sure he was front and center. I hope you all enjoy it as much I as I did creating it!

Brianna’s Art Debut

Hey everyone! I just received the cutest piece of art created by my niece, Brianna. I just had to share it with all of you. Brianna loves to draw and create new things…I think she may take after her Aunt…lol! During this quarantine she got Procreate for her iPad and she has been creating and drawing ever since she downloaded it. She has been practicing everyday and has been sending me fun little drawings through text. It has been fun communicating to her through art. Keep up the good artwork Bri! Stay Calm, Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and Stay Home!

Book Fish

Today I’m posting about a watercolor painting that I made as a Christmas gift. The painting was for my husbands Aunt. She is a librarian and her last name is Fish. So it was natural to have the idea of a cute fish reading books in its fish bowl. It was really fun to come up with concept. I really enjoy making home made gifts for people, especially family. The painting is about 5×7 in size and will be perfect for her office or a little reading nook. If you need any custom art or paintings made, shoot me a message! I would love to help!
