Hand Painted Christmas Ornaments 2021

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven’t posted much in a while. I spent the month of October creating hand painted ornaments and signs for my Etsy shop. I have them all completed and have posted them all in my shop. I have some that are single ornaments and some that are sets. They all have free shipping. Remember to support local businesses and artists this holiday season! I would love for you to check them out!

All is Calm

It’s Tuesday and Christmas is only a week away. After my oldest son’s holiday party at school tomorrow, it should be smooth sailing for me. This is the first year I actually feel calm about Christmas. I worked in retail for over 16 years and the holidays were not exactly my favorite. But after having kids and now staying at home, I have grown to embrace it. I hope everyone can find their inner calm this holiday season. This sweet little owl was drawn digitally on my iPad. Enjoy!

Peaceful Owl

Winter is one of my least favorite seasons! I am so ready for Spring. I just want to be out in warmer comfortable weather already. Also I can’t wait for all the new life and blooms that Spring brings each year. It’s my second favorite season! I have always loved seeing all the gorgeous colors and smells that it presents. Except my allergies tend to hate it, but that’s what Claritin is for…right? So I have a feeling that my sketches are going to gravitate towards Spring. Be prepared! Sketch made with pen and markers.

Cold

It is so freaking cold outside! I don’t like the cold, I don’t like being cold….end of story. Most of my sketches start from ideas that I have while waiting in the car pick up line to get my oldest son from kindergarten. So you can imagine the only thing on my mind today is being cold. Today I decided to stick to black and white using my Paper-mate ink joy pen! Stay warm out there!
