Pastel Easter Eggs

Hi everyone! Spring is finally here. It’s great hearing the birds singing, flowers blooming and the weather warming up. I love it! It’s definitely boosting my mood. We just finished up spring break here in KC. I started looking ahead on the calendar and couldn’t believe that Easter is only 2 weeks away. I feel like it has snuck up on me. Does anyone else feel that way? Here is a quick digital drawing that I did to get into the Easter spirit. My youngest son loves hiding Easter eggs, so I thought I would do a drawing of those. I quite like how they turned out. These colorful eggs are now in my Society6 and Redbubble shops. Enjoy!

Wild & Free

Hey everyone! So it’s been a pretty heartbreaking week for our family. We recently lost our beloved pup Moe. It’s been really hard on our family since it happened so unexpectedly. We really loved him and he was a big part of our family. It probably hit me the hardest. He was my big fluffy fur baby. We will forever miss him! I drew this drawing the day he passed away without know what would happen after I had sketched it out. But after he passed, the phrase seemed so fitting for the situation. He is now free from pain and he will always have his wild spunk where ever he is. I decided to just paint some pretty watercolor flowers making a circular frame around the phrase. It really turned out pretty and was very therapeutic for me to paint this past week. Enjoy!

Flowers and Butterflies

Happy Labor Day weekend everyone! I hope everyone has a fun and relaxing weekend. We have had a lot of fun with family in town and having one last pool party for the season. Here is just a fun quick piece I did recently with a few minutes to spare one night. I really like how colorful and playful it is. Enjoy!

Pretty Peacock

Hello lovelies! Here is a new creative process video of a piece I did this past week. This pretty peacock was inspired by one of my friends that has had a peacock come and visit her yard in the past couple of weeks. She has posted pictures on Facebook and I knew that I needed to draw one. They are so beautiful and majestic with their feathers displayed. I used the program Procreate to drawn and color him in. Keep an eye out, he will be up in my shops soon! Also, just a reminder my Etsy shop is 20% til the end of the week!

Princess Pomeranian

It’s the weekend everyone! Added bonus it’s a long one! The last day of school for my kiddo’s was Thursday, so Summer has officially begun at our house. Hopefully we have a great Summer and everyone survives to start school in August…lol! I have had a couple of friends get new puppies lately. I’m not gonna lie, I have puppy fever….lol! I really want another dog, but I know I do not need another one. So I figured I have drawn any dogs lately and would put my puppy fever to good creative use. So here is a pretty Pomeranian princess to help brighten your weekend. This gem was drawn and colored in digitally. Enjoy!
